About two years ago, I took a break from my corporate employment and focus on being a full time homemaker. I want to celebrate it! I want to cherish while it lasts just in case I decided to again pursue corporate employment in the near future. This experience enables mo so much time to reflect...and on those moments that I can, I want to think aloud. I have so many things in my mind that I don't think my status update in Facebook would take them all in and so I'm starting this site.
Well, for a "newbie" like myself, I don't think that it walk in the park. Contrary to what others would say, I still do care about days and holidays, because I also welcome breaks when my son, Chase, doesn't have to wake up early to school, so he can sleep as much as he wants to.
Everyday for me is an adventure of trial and error of learning how to instill discipline, study habits, eating habits, etc. Deciding which just right attention without being overprotective, or boring, or a "party pooper" at some time while making sure he gets just the right slack. The challenge of having a greater weight in molding one's son is there! Who said there is no pressure in this!
And so my adventure begins...
