Carnival Theme 1st Birthday Party

Yay! Over the weekend, we happily attended a Carnival Theme Party at the Valle Verde 6 Clubhouse. Hip hip hurray...Welcome to Nikki's Carnival! :-)

Carnival Them Birthday Cake complete with the Classic Merry Go Round, Tents and Clowns! Nice! :-)

It was sheer fun and excitement! There's so much happiness radiating to each and every guest, both kids and young at ❤! :-) We excitedly went around the several Carnival booths, while I was really trying my best to get as many pictures as possible and at the same time trying to get through the crowd while amassing lots of goodies!;-P I literally got my hands full! Paging Chase's Ate (Nanny)! ✌ Thank goodness that we run into my university classmate and friend, Atty. May Ann, she's such an angel! :-) Much to our delight...we even missed the eating part of the event, after an hr and 30 mins of playing around, my hubby already arrived to pick us up and we had to go home to Pampanga! ;-P

The party truly reminded me of the good ol' carnivals that I used to love going as a kid, vs. the modern theme parks and the mall-based amusement centers that my son is used to going now. The tent-style booths, the colorful balloons, and the old-fashioned classic games such as the ring toss, shooting games and the fortune telling booths added to the whole and true classic Carnival charm and feel! :-) Party Party! ☺

Clark to Subic Made Easy via SCTEX ✌

Happy *Edsa Friday to one and all! (*Edsa is a celebration of people power and triumph of democracy that we Filipinos commemorate every 25th of February.) :-)

Well, since today marks the beginning of the long weekends, at least for the students and the SAHM's (Stay at Home Moms :-) and the likes...why not head over to Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Olongapo for some dining, unwinding, and shopping!? :-) True to the claim of SCTEX (Subic Clark Tarlac Express Way), Subic from Clark is just actually a mere 30-minute drive (within speed limit ;-P that is).

Lush Greens along the SCTEX reminds me of my Euro Trip :-)

Feast your eyes for some fields of greens, and contemplate on how we can do some saving the earth ideas as we see some dry land patches, forest fires etc., and some major advancements on road constructions in the Philippines (finally we're catching up! in fairness, in between hills... Yay! Take that!:-) ...well, at least to ease the long distance drive :-)

Placing Nuffnang Ads in Blogspot Walk Through

I recently added another blog (My Hallyu Diaries✌)  in Nuffnang, the steps would actually be provided on how to put the codes to your blog site, with mine being Blogger, but I still actually had to search the net on how to put the codes just where specifically inside my html codes. This attempt was with little success though,  that I instead had to find where I placed my Nuffnang codes in this site.

So here's a walk through...

• Copy the codes on Nuffnang
• Go to blogger,  click the Design Tab
• Choose Edit Html and tick the Expand Widget Option. 

To place the Leaderboard, which is best to be on top of your header, and just under the navigation bar...

Look for the Body, by clicking CTRL or Command F and type Body, then paste the codes under it, as shown! :-)

To place the Large Rectangle in between contents...

Chic & Sassy Interior Designs

Last weekend we attended the house warming party of our friend. They got adjoining units of Duplex in Enclave Angeles City...one for their use, and the other unit for rental. I just ❤ how they were able to make their home very elegant and classy (envy much :-D ✌). Of course, it's with the help of the interior designer of the developer, and it's expected to be a bit pricey, but the outcomes are simply picture perfect, like straight out of a Home magazine.

My recent post to Smart Parenting talked about Celebrating the V-Day at home...but more importantly, it's really celebrating ❤ in your family! I would love to share this video I made via iLife, then uploaded via You Tube. Up Close & Personal with the Hot Air Balloons

Happy ❤'s Day to everyone! I feel blessed to be given another wonderful opportunity to bond and to celebrate family day Sunday...with a style! ✌  :-D We were able to attend the 16th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2011. We went to the the last day of the much celebrated event and fanfare in Clarkfield Pampanga.

Hmmm...I need some serious thinking, reflecting, and soul searching. Don't get me wrong! I love being a SAHM. The rewards of becoming a stay at home mom are endless. But I had a great career opportunity just within the area where we are currently residing now. It's along the line of my previous career experience of sales and customer development. If ever, I got to be a part of setting up a principal and then be a part of the team which will determine the best go-to market strategy for this specialty consumer product.
